It was so difficult and I was so frustrated because I just didn’t have the tools. They asked us about what we needed and wanted to work on, then were intentional about following up on those things. The other levels were more focused on learning fundamentals while level 5 had more of a focus on being able to speak, communicate and translate on a wide range of topics.
