Fosston, Minnesota

We spent this last weekend in Fosston. It was a special time of reconnecting with friends and sharing about our upcoming work.

On Saturday Pastor Seth and Christy Johnson and their fantastic kids made us coffee (true love) and took us to a nature reserve for a walk around. After weeks and weeks of transition-related work, it was a balm to the soul to hang out outside and take nature in with them. And it was stunning!

We got to share about our Mexico mission at Bethel Assembly on Sunday, and Ben preached. We felt so welcomed (seriously, we were greeted probably 5 times before hitting our pew!) and the prayer time at the end of the service was beautiful.

After church a friend offered to take family pictures – a big blessing. She also had brand new kittens for the kids to play with! They could not have been happier. Thank you Alissa!

We continue to be amazed at the heart of God’s people and their love for the world. So grateful to be part of it.
